1. Return Policy
Return Eligibility: You may return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product is:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In its original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Customized/Personalized Items (e.g., items that have been monogrammed or altered according to your specifications).
- Sale or Clearance Items: Products purchased during a promotional sale may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may do so within 7 days from the date of delivery.

- If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a store credit or a refund depending on your preference.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
- The shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer unless the original product is defective or damaged.
- The exchanged item will be shipped after we receive the returned item.
3. Damaged or Defective Items

What We Will Do:
- We will investigate the issue and either offer a replacement or process a full refund if the product is found to be defective or damaged.

4. Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are available for returns of eligible items under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
